I always find it amazing to see things like these when I am out of the country. Look how cars perfectly lined up before the pedestrian lane for people to cross the streets. As simple as it may seem, discipline is being carried out well and it reflects a lot on what type of citizens they are.
Then I asked myself, if they can do this without having any traffic officers standing and waiting for someone to violate, why Filipinos can’t?
